The most recognizable bridge in all of Central Park NYC. Bow Bridge is a cast iron bridge located in Central Park, New York City, crossing over The Lake and used as a pedestrian walkway. It is decorated with an interlocking circles banister, with eight planting urns on top of decorative bas-relief panels. Intricate arabesque elements and volutes can be seen underneath the span arch. The bridge was designed by Calvert Vaux and Jacob Wrey Mould, and completed in 1862. Measuring a total of 87 feet (26.5 m), it is the largest bridge in the park.
For as long as I can remember I have felt deep pleasure by the beauty that surrounds all of us. Having contact with art in any shape and form has always helped me to relax and enjoy every passing moment of my life. The collection of photographs and my artwork seen here represents the places, events, people and all living on our planet creatures that have inspired me as a human being and excited me as a photographer. In presenting here some of my work, I hope you may also experience these visual moments captured in time.
